Hi there, my R4 unit has started powering off. if i remove all drives, it powers on.. no warning lights/ issues.. but if i put any drives back in from a cold start or hot swap it turns off. 
Pegasus3 r4 powers off?

Hi G,
Boots with no disks and shuts down with disks inserted, the most likely cause is that the power supply has gone bad.
Promise does not have replacement power supplies but if you search the forum threads there are a few threads where people have found replacement power supplies (and provided links) and some warnings to make sure you have the proper input voltage selected.
