New Pegasus3 R6 - errors on first boot

I've got a Pegasus2 r8 so I am familular with the utulity etc.

I just picked up a new Pegasus3 R6. I plug it in,  start it up... I see two red x's right away in the utility.

One in Voltage and if mousec over.. it says :

Enclosure 1

Voltage1: OK

Voltage 2: OK

Voltage 3: Critical

 

Then I see a red x beside Temperature.

If moused over:

Temperature 1: Critical

Temperature 2: Normal

perhaps cancel this.. I had promise utility 3.2 for my older Pegasus2..  that is where the errors were for P3, I installed the new utility software (4.0) that shipped with the new box and the errors are now gone.
