The Knowledge Base article in my response shows you how to install and enable the driver.
Allowing the driver to run is a seperate step from driver installation. The 'Installation Complete' message means that the driver was installed correctly, but until you tell macOS it's OK to run, it won't run. The installer even gives you a popup message that you need to go to settings and enable the driver.

Click Open System Settings and it will take you to the correct settings page to enable the driver.
Some say that they did not see this popup and I suspect that, depending on desktop settings, it may popup under the installer or maybe on a different screen if there are multiple monitors.
