Did anyone succeed in mounting the Pegasus 32 R 4 on he new Mac Studio M3 Ultra?
I did install DEXT, but did not succeed so far. The Mac 'sees' the Pegagus in System Report.

(not the lates - but unfortunately, the disk image of 6.0.6 is corrupted on this website)

I am not aware of any compatibility issues with older Pegasus32 firmware. It looks like you have issues installing the driver.
Apple has made macOS very secure, unfortunately this has the side effect of making some things, like driver installation require more user intervention. You need to put in your password to install the driver then you need to put in the password again to give the driver permission to run.
SInce you have a new Mac Studio it should be running Sequoia. This Knowledge Base article should help.
Once the driver is installed you can update the firmware.
Thanks RP, that's what I did, but I never got to the part where the Extension had to be allowed to run.
My installer just says 'Installation complete'.

The Knowledge Base article in my response shows you how to install and enable the driver.
Allowing the driver to run is a seperate step from driver installation. The 'Installation Complete' message means that the driver was installed correctly, but until you tell macOS it's OK to run, it won't run. The installer even gives you a popup message that you need to go to settings and enable the driver.
Click Open System Settings and it will take you to the correct settings page to enable the driver.
Some say that they did not see this popup and I suspect that, depending on desktop settings, it may popup under the installer or maybe on a different screen if there are multiple monitors.
