Hi Morten,

When see the compatibility list you will there is Thosiba model (MD04ACAxxx) which denotes 4 Tb Drive. You can replace with Thosiba drive.

Thanks

Hi Morten,

You can identify which Pegasus you have from the Promise Utility. You can download it from the Promise Pegasus download page. Download the Utility for any of the Pegasus 2 models. It should work for Pegasus 2 and Pegasus 1. Then you can see which Pegasus you have from the GUI or the CLI, In the GUI look at 'Subsystem Information'. Below we see a Pegasus 3 R8.

To use the CLI open a terminal and type 'promiseutil' then Enter. From the cliib prompt the command you want is 'subsys -v'

Hi Morten,

Looks like this is the original Pegasus, which we often now call Pegasus 1 for clarity.

The compatibility list and other files are available on the Promise support page in the Legacy section.

Hi Morten,

There are several 3 TB and 4TB drives on the Pegasus 1 compatibility list. There are no 6TB drives, these have not been tested with the Pegasus 1.
