I just bought a apollo 2 duo, the 8TB model.
I live in a university where we use static IP address for out internet connections.
How do I configure my cloud to adapt to that without connecting in on a WiFi APs?

Hi Jungsuk,
We have to test on this process. Please support.promise.com and create a case in order to have proper communication this issue. Please add the network information regarding the setup with Apollo.

Sorry, I decided to return the product on the day of arrival.
The upload speed is way too slow to be considered useful. Plus the desktop app is really buggy.. :(

Hello,
Our teachers use Apple Airport Express to stream their clips and video content and share it later with students (we also use a Windows 10 backup).
We are also using one more product from Promise - a VTrak 15200 at Portland State University and it can use only static IP addresses for the Management Port.
