Hi Boby,

Could you please confirm the Nas gateway & Aclass 3800fD connected to MAC osx or Linux operating system?

Notes on Current Network Protocol Support for Supported Operating Systems
• Current testing and support for Mac OS X and Microsoft Windows is for the SMB/CIFS network protocols.
• Current testing and support for Linux is with the NFS network protocol.

A. To mount the share with NFS on OS X, it must be mounted via command-line since the 'Connect to Server or ⌘ + K' will fail.   If you want to use NFS, follow the below syntax:   sudo mount -t nfs -o rsize=1048576,wsize=1048576,nolock,locallocks X.XXX.XX.X:/nasmnt/fs1 /private/fs1   Make this auto-mount this with an automaster and autonfs file on OS X.   It is preferable that  SMB and not NFS on OS X.   Our official supported protocol on OS X is SMB.   Regards Hari

Hi Boby,

To use the NAS Gateway 'ftp' use the following steps.

1. Enable the 'ftp' service.

2. Enable 'ftp share' and give users access permissions.

3. Login with filezilla or other ftp client.
