I have a Pegusus r6 that had a drive fail. I replaced and it has been rebuilding for 12 hours and how it states that it is critical rebuilding. What should I do? I have had it offline for 2 days now.

Can you go to background bactivities tab in Promise Utility and check the rebuild progress state?

Yes, it says it is 52% done. Does that mean that it is still running after 12 hours?

The rebuild process will not take a long time to complete. This needs to be analyzed with the help of subsystem report of the unit to find out the exact issue.You can call technical support at 408-228-1500 or reach out through support case at https://support.promise.com/.
