I HAVE BOUGHT ONE VTRACK610F ON EBAY , NOW I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR AN EASY SOLUTION FOR MY DATACENTER . 

BUT NOW ITS A PAIN. I AM A CISCO GUY NEVER TOUCHED THE STORAGE ARRAY BEFORE. 

CONSOLE IS ALSO WEIRED AND THE SOFTWARE TO MANAGE I AM NOT ABLE TO FIND A SINGLE DOWNLOAD LINK . 

IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME UP WITH THIS , ILL APPRICIATE.

Hi Mohit,

Could you please go to https://support.promise.com to register the product and create a support ticket for the latest subsystem report for further investigation.

Kindly login to the web interface of the unit and follow the below steps to save the complete subsystem report.

1. Click Save Service Report in the Header.

Information for the report is gathered and compiled. This action takes up to a few minutes, depending on the size of your RAID system.

2. Click the Save File option, then click the Save button. The report saves to your Host PC as a compressed HTML file.
