 I want to use the apollo cloud as media server and have access from Apple TV using App the 'Infuse'.

How?

No worreis, you might setup a Media Server by using the free Plex Media Server, here is a great tutorial to help you stream iTunes movies to Plex Media Server, wanna give it a shot? Good luck, my friend.
