Storage Space

I bought the 4TB apollo cloud storage but when I click on the gear icon it says that I only have storage usuage - capacity 3623GB/ availability 3605GB?  I only have 5000 pictures uploaded to the apollo from my iphone.

Hi Michelle,

no voodoo here, it is normal.

Manufacturers may call it a 4 TB drive, but what they mean is 4,000,000,000,000 bytes.

4,000,000,000,000/1024/1024/1024/1024 = 3.64 TB
