Slow read speed and can't log onto webPAM Pro

Hi,

I've got a Pegasus2 R4 and it's running so slow that it's almost unusable now. The Blackmagic disk test has it reading at just 56mb per second while the write speed is over 500mb per second.

I decided to log into WebPam Pro to inspect the individual drives, but chrome gave me a message saying "Refused to connect"

I've got over 2TB free out of 12TB and I'm concerned that one of the drives may be failing.

It's caused me to miss a deadline already this week, so need to get it resolved. The problem has left both both Premiere and Resolve all but unusable.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
