Replacing Drive in Apollo Cloud

I was curious about replacing the 4tb drive in the Apollo Cloud device. Is this something users can/should be able to do? Does it break the warranty? Also, what if the drive is failing? Do I send it in for repair or am I to replace myself?

Hi Ryan,

The unit will be replaced if it is under warranty. We don't have any repair centre for the Apollo device at the moment. Please contact Promise Technical support if you have any issues on the Apollo device to analyse further.
