Hi,
I recently purchased a Vess R2000 secondhand. No one can tell me the passwords to access the NAS or even the IP address or range that it has been configured with.
Is there any way to re-set this box back to factory?

Hi Lain,
The default virtual management port IP addresses are set to10.0.0.1
If you are able to access the WebPam please use the default user name and password to check if you are able to log in
Username: administrator
Password: password

Hi Dinesh,
thanks for your reply.
I have the manual and have read all 704 pages of it, in attempt to solve my issue.
I can not access the WebPam and the default IP addresses have been changed.
I was having trouble creating a support ticket as I can not find the serial number, and last time I tried, I can not create a ticket without it.
