Pegasus 2 R6 not seen after update to macOS 10.12.4 (16E195)

Since updating to 10.12.4 on my 2013 MacPro I can no longer see my Promise Pegasus R6 drive. The Thunderbolt light on the front of the unit is ON. Before the update this system worked perfectly.

How to proceed?

It looks like this issue needs to be analyzed with the help of subsystem report of the unit to find out the exact issue. Please call technical support at 408-228-1500 or reach out through support case at  https://support.promise.com and attach the subsystem report to the case for further investigation.
