Hi,
Unfortunately the Fastrak is long EOL and out of support.
But if fnOS is built on Debian as it says, it might have the Promise STEX driver builtin.
You can manage any RAIDs you might have from the Fasttrak BIOS.
It turns out that there is a Linux Utility available on the downloads page, it dates from 2011.
It was probably compiled for the 2.6 kernel and is unlikely to work with a 5.x or 6.x or later kernel.
There is also a concern about the driver written for a v2.6 kernel, even if it compiles it may not work. The driver would have to be re-written for the newer kernels.

We have repeatedly consulted the manual, but it does not contain any firmware that enables IT mode passthrough. That is why we have come to this forum—to see if there is any way to modify the firmware to enable passthrough mode. We wouldn't be here seeking assistance if this were something that could be resolved without official intervention.

If passthru is not an option then configure each disk as a 1-drive RAID0.
