Pegasus2 R6 Shutting down

I have a Pegasus2 R6 that shuts itself off after about 5 to 10 minutes.  I tried removing all drives, start it up and it still shuts down after a few minutes. Is there a fix for the problem?

Hi Randy,

Did you try with different thunderbot cable and try with secondary port in the Pegasus unit. If still the same then lease call technical support at 408-228-1500 or reach out through support case at  https://support.promise.com.
