Yes Promise utility is work propertly - version last avaible 4.00.0000.09 (C02)
Firmware Version Pegasus2 R6 - 5.04.0000.61

Hi,
Can you generate the subsystem report of the unit?
Steps to save the subsystem report :
- Open Promise Utility
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report
