Pegasus2-R4, open schedule will not work

Hi

I have this unit connected to an iMac27"-5K, running macos 10.13.3. It works fine. I have just completed on session for media patrol. I wanted to put that into a scheduled way, but the Promise Utility freezes on this request, as you may see on screendump.

Do I need to upgrade something? a driver or...???

please advise

Ok, I had the Utility 4.0000000 and now I updated to 4.0200, from you link, and the scheduler can be set. I expect it will work.

Please make sure you have the latest version of the utility. You can also try to uninstall and reinstall the latest utility by accessing the below link
