I have just replaced my computer after my old one died. My Promise was working fine until I put two two old drives in to recover some of my old data from that I'd backed up. But now when the others have been put back in they are all showing as dead. Have I lost everything?

I do not see any errors on the drive. Since the Logical Drives are marked as offline there could be data loss. I could see that the unit is running with an older version of firmware and the firmware needs to be updated.
