Pegasus2 doesn't show anymore after update driver and utility on Apple M1

I had several minor problems with my Pegasus2 and decided to update both driver and Promise Utility.
The versions are DEXT V21.1.0 and Promise Utility 4.06.0000.01, as described in the support documents.

System setting shows that it has a Pegasus R2 connected under Thunderbolt/USB (see attachment), but there is no drive seen in the Disk Utility. Thunderbolt cables are OK, because I can see a LaCie drive that is wires to my Pegasus.

I haven't updated the firmwareversion yet.

Does anyone has any ideas how I can connect my Pegasus2 again?

Hi Martin,

If the Pegasus 2 has downrev firmware, it may not work with or work well with the new Apple Silcon Macs.

Updating the firmware to the latest version should fix this issue.

We have a Knowledge Base article on this...

If the Pegasus is not seen on the M1 Mac, the firmware will have to be updated from an Intel Mac. As many updated from an Intel Mac to an M1 Mac, they usually have the old Intel Mac still available.
