I have a Pegasus R6 Gen 1 and I and getting an error for chassis ECC failure. I was advised it cannot be repaired by Promise Technologies due to being Gen 1, but that it can be repaired. Does anyone know of a resource for this, or more about if the memory is soldered in etc? I was hoping to find some information before taking it to a repair location and having them open the unit.

All the documents we have about the Pegasus are the ones in the legacy download center. Please go to the download center under Support, then click the tab for Legacy products, pick your Pegasus model, and look through there.

I have looked through all of the information on the download center and there is not information which addresses thr questions I have asked.
