Hello Support Team,
since yesterday we have problems with our Pegasus R6 RAID.
After a few minutes of working it crashed our MAC Mini.
Any help is appreciated!

Hi Sebastian,
Could you please shutdown the unit lable all the drives, remove from the unit and boot the unit with out the drives then try to open the promise utility. If you able to access the utility please save the complete logs and saved in drop box accound and provide the link to download.
Open the promise utility then unlock the utility
Click on subsystem information in the Pegasus utility
Then click on save service report.
