Pegasus R4 went offline

Hi, since 3 days our Pegasus R4 doesn't come online on our os x server running under MAC OS High Sierra 10.13.2 and os x server 5.4. It started 5 days ago when he didn't connect during automatic startup process in the morning. After restarting the server Pegasus appeared in finder and we could work without problems. 2 days later he didn't connect even after server restart and I can't find a way to resolve this. Firmware and Promise Utility are on the actual level.

Anybody here who has an idea how to resolve this problem? We are currently without our Open Directory Services which is awful. Thanks for feedback.

It looks like this issue needs to be analyzed with the help of subsystem report to isolate the issue.You can call technical support at 408-228-1500 or reach out through support case at  https://support.promise.com/.
