Hi there,

I realised that i had a bunch of files disapear so ran some disc recorery software and found the files were still on the raid, but then I noticed that there looked like there were 2 logical drives?

I ve booted but not both logic drives seem to be offline, and 1 drive had a red light.

I replaced the drive with the red light, but no luck. unless the logic drive is solved it wont let me re build.

critcle events says "missing pd" but i cant find anything to do with missing pd on this site? log attatched.

Hi Matt,

[Disk Array Info]

===============================================================================
DaId Alias OpStatus CfgCapacity FreeCapacity MaxContiguousCapacity
===============================================================================
0              Incomplete    24TB        0Byte          0Byte

There are incomplete disk array(s), please use:
"array -a accept -d " to accept the condition.

The array is offline because it's missing a drive. You will have to accept the array to being the logical disk online. This can be done from WebPAM or with this CLI command.

array -a accept -d 0

Since PD7 is a spare a rebuild should start once you accept the array.

Be advised that PD3 is failing and it would have been marked offline if the LD was not critical. The rebuild may take a long time or it may abort due to PD3.

Thanks for that. That mostly worked. I had to use the "classic" utility, utility Pro didnt seem to have the options. I deleted one of the logic drives, it then rebuilt the raid with a new drive.

it still wouldn't mount, but using Diskdrill i managed to be able to look at the drive and pull everything off, then reformat the raid from scratch

Had to delete one, running the command didnt work straight up unfortunatly.

When I ran Diskdrill I could see both instances, some folders were on both, some only on 1.. file sizes were occationally different but pulled everything off and did a compare and worked out ok.
