NS2600 safe mode upgrade firmware failed

Hi,

     My NS2600 got running into Safe Mode and now I can't get it boot in normal operation mode nor can I upgrade it's firmware using the updates from your site(invalid upgrade file!). How can I do to get the NS2600 back online? Please help !

     Thanks for the tips, but by how can the drives be removed?

Hi Phil,

You can try removing the drives and reset the unit to see if it boots up properly.
