I was able to upload my 85 GB photo library from my external hard drive to my new Apollo via USB transfer. It took 6+ hours, but it was saved to a folder- but not to the "apollo anywhere" folder. The Apollo Utility program on my MacBook freezes everytime i try to move the large library to the "apollo anywhere" folder. Any ideas on how to access the current photo library from Photos? or how to move the library without freezing the utility program?

Thank you for this reply, but my question was not answered. I understand how to view my pictures from Apollo utility. How to I get the library opened from the Photos app without it being in the apollo anywhere folder? Or, if that can't happen, how can I move such a big file to apollo anywhere folder without freezing?

I recently encountered the same problem; I downloaded my photo library from an external hard drive to my Apollo via a USB port. It took a very long time. I have a lot of images on my device, as I am a photographer and make custom paint by numbers. I accessed the images with the "Photos" option in the Apollo utility. My advice is to avoid doing the following: Deleting files or folders on an external USB hard drive.Moving files or folders on an external USB hard drive.Changing the names of files or folders on the USB external hard drive. Such actions make it impossible to playback data on the unit.
