How to register Pegasus3 R4 device

How do I register Pegasus3 R4. Promise Utility window shows a message:

Note: If the value for the "Serial Number" is n/a, please look up the Serial Number label under ther Pegasus chassis. The Serial Number should be 12 didgis long.

The utility show columns Alias, Model, Serial Number, CBSN, Registered Status

The Serial Number and Registered Status columns have N/A in them.

I found the label with this number MB4L18421300062 and TLA: 0K000400

I don't see a 12 didget number.

But even if one of these is correct where do I go to register this on your site? I have an account. The utility says to go to support.promise.com but that page doesn't show a register a device.

Hi Mike,

Product registration is needed for warranty repairs. The Peasus3 series has been out of warrant for many years, there is no benefit to registering the Pegasus3 now.

The serial number should be at the bottom of the back side of the Pegesus, where the Thunderbolt ports are.

If you are having some issue with the Pegaus, the forum is a good place to ask questions.
