I am trying to set up the Apollo Cloud and I've connected everything and just get a continous red light and phone can not find network.

Hi Van,
It seems there is no interenet service to the Apollo, please check the enthernet cable and make sure you are able to connect to the internet(Same network) on other device in your place.
