Files Gone!

I put a folder in my "sync" folder and it is gone and it did not sync. Where did my files go?

Hi Sally,

Apollo took some time to sync however if you think the folder is not getting synced. Please go to support website at support.promise.com register the product and create a case with details issue discription.

I've done that and sent pictures of folder. Is it possible for me to see the hard drive without using the utility?

Also I'm looking for the apollo cloud service. All I see is an image saying "apollo cloud service" but nothing else. No links to anything else.
