I have the Vess Promise R2600i model storage unit. The previous night the power was cut off and the systems shut down when the power supply was turned off. When electricity came in, everything was in order, but the product I was talking about was not coming back, it was working and there was energy. An operation can not be performed with the opening key. I could not find a dealer in Turkey to get help.
