I have a 4 HD system. One of my hard drives has a red light. Is there a link as to how to change the drive? And after I do that will all my files still be there? Or do I need to do additional steps? Sorry if I sound ignorant.

I would recommend you to register yourself as a user @ https://support.promise.com/ and open a case with the service report. We will review the logs and will let you know if replacing the drive would fix the problem.
Steps to save the subsystem report :
1) Open Promise Utility.
2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to the case
when I run save service report the software stops working and restarts! When I look at the dashboard 3 drives have minor (bad sector) and one drive has major (logical drivr set to critical) issue
