Hello,
Again, again, again and again… the USB transfer has failed again.
Three days labouring away to transfer something which took 10 hours to get onto a brand new USB disc and after 3 days toiling, the USB transfer has failed with only 40% transferred. But which 40%?
Surely, a USB transfer should be fast and reliable? It's neither.
Surely a USB transfer should rely only on the Apollo Clod and the USB drive? Having tried three external drives, it has to be the Clod doesn't it?
A backup system which is only 95% reliable, is useless by any normal standard. My Apollo Clod has failed… every time!
There's no proper error message. Just a note to say that the USB transfer has failed. No apology, no rhyme or reason.
What a pile!
Where do you want me to send it?
