Hi, there's a lot of noise on the Pegasus 1 after I switched over to a new iMac running OS 10.13.3. It's connected with a Thunderbolt adapter from Pegasus 1 to Thunderbolt 3. It's also taking a long time to copy files. Any ideas?

Hi,
Please go to https://support.promise.com to register the product and create a support ticket with the latest subsystem report and the MAC profiler for further investigation.
Go to the below link to download the latest version of the utility.
https://promise.com/DownloadFile.aspx?DownloadFileUID=4617
Follow the below step to save the subsystem report for further investigation.
- Open Promise Utility.
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
- Click the lock symbol in the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.
Could you please make a 30 seconds video without the drives and attach it to the support ticket for further investigation.
