VTrak J610 compatibility with SAS 12 discs

Hi there!

 

I have HGST HUS726020AL5210 SAS12 discs that down spin up in an VTrak J610.

The VTrak runs on firmware 1.07.0000.15.

Is there a chance to get these discs working in this VTrak?

Hi Lars,

The VTrak Ex10 and Jx10 series does not support 12Gb/s SAS drives.

Only 3Gb/s and 6Gb/s SAS drives are supported.

Please check out the Compatibilty List available in the Downloads section of the Promise site for supported drives - some of which are still available.
