VTrak E830f Front panel LEDs very dim

Is there any way to brighten the LEDs on the front panel of the unit.  All sled LEDs are barely viewable as well.  All the LEDs are functioning correctly but very dim

Hi Gary,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. 

There is no options to brighten the LEDs on the unit.

Please open support case in https://support.promise.com if there any problem in the unit
