One of the controller cards on my E630f stopped working after a major power failure to our building. The lights go one but when I access the Vtrak the controller card shows as missing.
To be sure I have reseated the controller card and I've swapped positions with the other controller card. The working controller card will work in either position and the non-working one fails to work in both positions.
Where can I buy another controller card?
