Vtrak e610f not booting

The unit suddenly after powering on stays about 30 seconds then powers off immediately.

Please I need your help to solve this problem

Hi Ahmed,

Please let us know if the model of the unit is Vtrak or Pegasus .

Vtrak unit normally has more than 1 PSU so it will work even when is there is issue with any one of the PSU. Let us know so that we can help you.

Hi Ahmed,

SInce these are older model units, PSU's could be faulty. Please try replacing them and it should work.
