Vtrack e610f SAS management not showing

what I know: sas cable in, and connected to HP DL380 G7 P212 sas controller, which is reporting an empty cache and not seeing any aray

any ideas?

Hi Rick,

Your E610f is fibre channel connected storage, the 'f' stands for fibre channel. The controllers have a SAS input port for connecting JBODs, but there is no SAS output.

You need to replace your SAS HBA with a FC HBA. The E610f supports 4Gb FC, so you'll need 4Gb SFPs or faster.

Also, from the screenshot, it looks like controller 1 is down.
