Hello!
Having problems while replacing the failed disk N11, the disks 3,4,7 went to the state dead. Before that, there were no problems with these discs. Now v1840 have 16 disks .
The system is now degraded. Logical drives are not available.
How to return the status of online discs 3,4,7. These 3 disks have no errors in the smart. may be need terminal connections to 1840 system?

Please open support case in https://support.promise.com and attach the service report for further investigation.
