Hi,

Anyone got any ideas for hoe I can get on the two VessRAID 1830i and am having trouble getting onto the web interface to reconfigure.

I have performed the factory reset (so if it should get 192.168.0.1 on the management port) No luck

I have reflashed the firmware using USB (performed successfully I believe)

I do not have the serial cable as they were second hand.

All lights on each unit are showing green and everything seems OK (except I cant get on the management interface.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mike,

You need a serial cable to establish the console and check the network settings of the unit to fix the Webpam issue. You can order it online at shop.promise.com using the link below or make one using the PIN-OUT diagram attached here.
