Vess R2600i VESS2000-3U-16Bay- Dead HArd disk replaced but Rebuild so slow

Hi,

    I am using vess R2600i with 16u , hard disk size with 4TB. Recently shows one of the  hard disk dead and array degraded so we have decided and replaced the drive with segate but its came with toshiba hopes its not an issue.

But after start rebuilding its show slow more than 20 hrs its shows only 1 percentage complete. logical drive not accessible , I have verified the rebuild state are high only. is there any way to rebuild forcily or anything else

Any techies please help me to sort out.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have repaced the drive with a Promise compatible drive.
