I have some Vess A2000 products in my environment. Now, some hard drives have failed and I replaced them with new ones, but Vess A2000 does not recognize the hard drives. I checked the compatibility list documentation for Vess A2000 and found out that it does not support the current version (20th July 2018 SR2.1) on the device. The supported version is 17th June 2020 SR3.1, so I tried to download this version, but on the Promise download center, only the SR3.1 2019/02/15 version is available as the latest one. Does anyone have SR3.1 17/06/2020? How can I download it?
