Where can I change the stripe and sector with in the Utility Pro for my Logical Drivers to make certain adjustments. I might be missing this but when I goto make a LD, it just sets it to a default.

Hi John,
It is not possible to change the stripe size or the sector size of a logical drive.
If you want different settings the only option is copy the data off, delete the logical drive and create a new logical drive with the desired stripe and block sizes then copy the data back..
I'm not sure how to do this with the Pegasus Pro utility, but if you have a Pegasus32 it's a lot more obvious with the Promise Utility for the Pegasus32. The Pegasus Pro utility is context oriented, that means it won't show you any options that can't be used. If you had all unconfigured drives you could find the wizard option that allows changes from the default configuration, if all your disks are configured you won't see these options at all. The Promise Utility for the Pegasus 32 shows all the options, even if they can't be used.

Thanks, yeah I am finding the pro utility not being as in depth as needed when redoing some of the storage I have. The older utility lets me right away make this changes, so I find it easier to work it.
Ok, just making sure I wasnt crazy and missing something. I will keep the older utility handy as this is the only way I can accurately ensure I am seeing the right settings needed.
