Urgent - Pegasus R6 with 8TB data will not connect

Pegasus R6 has been working fine.  I recently moved my MAC and Pegasus.  Now the Pegasus does not connect.

All lights are blue and steady. Thunderbolt light is blue.  All drive lights are blue.

I've updated to the latest release and still nothing.

How do I trouble shoot?

Hi Gazza,

-check with swapping the Thunderbolt cable at different port of Pegasus and Mac.

-Also check with different Thunderbolt cable if possible.
