Upload pictures from Photos app in MacOS Sierra?

What is the best way to upload all my pictures from my Photo's app? I'm using MacOS Sierra.

I would like to be able to upload all these pictures into the my "photos" folder on my Apollo to be able to view them like I can with all the photos uploaded from my iPhone's camera roll.
