I tried to upgrade my Pegasus2 R6 to the latest firmware, v5.04.0000.64. After restarting the computer the raid is visible in System Report but not in Promise Utility, Disky Utility or on the desktop. What could possibly be the issue?
Im sitting on a Intel Macbook Pro late 2019, macOS Catalina 10.15.4, and Promise Utility 4.06.0000.01

Please verify that the Pegasus DEXT driver is loaded. This is the terminal command and what you should see if the driver is loaded.
promise@promises-Mac-mini ~ % systemextensionsctl list | grep promise

promise@promises-Mac-mini ~ %
Note, the driver can't run unless it's status is [activated enabled]
