I have two Pegaus R2's. They both have a blinking power light that seems to oscilate between red and orange. The drive lights - top is red and bottom is orange. But on my Mac Finder, I can access all contents of the drive.
When I go into the utility, it says under the RAID configuration that it can not be changed unless there are two hard drives installed. I have two drives installed.
Any thoughts? The options to rebuild the RAID array are all greyed out.
I am using Mac OS Mojave.
The options to generate a subsystem report are all greyed out.

Steps to save the subsystem report:
- Open promise utility
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the Promise Utility window
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report

the report for further assistance.

This does not work. The menus are greyed out and the lock symbol on the left is unlocked. Please advise as to how I can get you a subsystem report.
