I purchased a Pegasus2 R6 12TB drive in Oct 2014, S/N QVL042011383, for $2300. I have already replaced 2 Toshiba 2TB drives at $272 each. I am now getting the same repetitive warning: "Minor event, Command times out on physical drive". The system reports have shown this occurring on drives 1, 2, 5 & 6. I have had 3 events since recently having the computer store which sold me the unit do a low level reformatting. I'm told that I now have to replace 4 more drives!! I am extremely disappointed. And, I fear that aoo of my photographs (55,000) & my processing are at significant risk. What is going on? What does the eroor mean? What are the options for correction? Why has this unit been so undependable despite the huge price tag?
