Time machine setup

I want to set my Apollo up for timem machine. 

After I choose my Apollo as the backup disk TM is asking me to sign in to get permission to access the Apollo. Which User / Pasword do I use?  I have tried the Passwords for my mac as well as the Apollo - none seem to work? Can nayone help?

Use "admin" for owner of the Apollo and their Apollo password.

 For all others, click on Time Machine Status to find out the username and use their password.
